What You'll Be Doing

- Connect with prospective students and understand their academic backgrounds, career goals and learning requirements.
- Provide personalised counselling on UG and PG programmes, including course details, eligibility and admission procedures.
- Guide students in selecting suitable programmes based on their career aspirations.
- Handle student queries through calls and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth counselling experience.
- Maintain consistent engagement with prospective students and nurture leads throughout the admission journey.
- Coordinate with the internal admissions team to ensure timely student support.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups and counselling progress in the CRM.
