Position: Telecaller / Counsellor / Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers/leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Counsel and guide prospects regarding services and offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and manage daily follow-ups.
- Maintain lead records, update databases and track enquiries.
- Support day-to-day coordination and communication activities.
Eligibility & Job Details:
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Location: Pune (Work from Office)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
