Key Responsibilities: Positive knowledge of food items and menu. Handling guest interactions and providing excellent customer service. Taking orders and punching KOTs accurately into the POS system. Coordinating with kitchen staff for smooth order execution. Managing billing and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
