Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the café team.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control.
- Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and café profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Drive business growth, customer engagement,



and operational excellence.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant/Café Manager in the F&B; industry.
- Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of P&L;, sales analysis, inventory, and cost management.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and business growth.
