Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily cafe operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise cafe staff, service boys, and kitchen employees.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and purchase requirements.
- Ensure proper staff scheduling and attendance management.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline across the cafe.

Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory experience in the hospitality, cafe,



hotel, or restaurant sector.
- Solid team management and leadership skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of billing, inventory, and cafe operations.
- Ability to manage staff and work under pressure.
- Willingness to relocate or work anywhere in Tamil Nadu.
