Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in Kolkata. The Caller will contact prospective and existing clients by phone to introduce WBH Digital Solutions’ services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales and marketing teams. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, sharing basic information about digital marketing offerings, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or call logs.

The role also involves meeting call targets, following scripts and compliance guidelines,



coordinating with internal teams on lead status, and providing clear, qualified communication to clients and prospects.

Qualifications

- Solid verbal communication, active listening, and clear telephone etiquette skills.
- Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain services confidently, and manage objections.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, online ads, social media) or willingness to learn.
- Comfort with using computers, call systems, and CRM or lead-tracking tools.
- Proven ability to meet daily and weekly call or lead generation targets.
- Good organizational skills to document calls, update records, and follow up in a timely manner.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or marketing is an added benefit.
- Professional, respectful attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
