Role: Internal Audit - NBFC

Qualification: CA Article Trainee / CA / Semi-CA

Graduate Experience: 0–1 Year

Job Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Stipend: ₹20,000 per month

· Assist in the execution of Internal Audit assignments for NBFC clients and support the senior team in preparing audit plans, working papers, observations, and reports.

· Assist in reviewing loan files, loan documentation, disbursement, collection, and recovery processes.

· Perform audit checks on financial and operational processes and identify control gaps and potential risks.

· Understand the client's business processes and assist in identifying risks and recommending appropriate controls/mitigation measures.

· Check compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.

· Assist in data analysis, reconciliations, verification of transactions, and preparation of audit evidence.

· Support the team in client coordination, follow-ups, and timely completion of audit assignments.

· Assist in preparing audit observations, reports,



and management presentations.

· Maintain proper audit documentation and working papers as per professional standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

· CA Article Trainee preferred; CA / Semi-CA

· 0–1 year of experience in Internal Audit, Finance, Accounts, or NBFC-related work.

· Basic understanding of Accounting, Auditing, Internal Controls, and Risk Management.

· Candidates with exposure to NBFC / Banking / Financial Services will be preferred.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Positive communication and documentation skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

· Candidates who can join early will be preferred.

· Willingness to travel, if required, for audit assignments.
