- Source business through DSAs, telecalling and branch banking channels.
- Offer Business Loans and OD facilities based on customer requirements.
- Cross-sell Current Accounts, Savings Accounts and Insurance products.
- Manage existing portfolios and identify loan top-up opportunities.
- Achieve business targets and increase market penetration.

Candidate Requirements:

- Relevant experience in Business Loans / SME / MSME lending.
- Solid knowledge of the Mumbai local market.
- Good customer acquisition and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
