Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a confident, target-oriented Business Relationship Manager with proven sales experience to develop client relationships, generate business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate business leads through calls, references and other channels.
- Handle sales activities and convert potential leads into clients.
- Understand client requirements and explain the company's legal services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Handle client queries and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain client databases and prepare daily sales reports.
- Develop strategies to improve client retention and revenue.

Required Skills




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Proven sales and client-handling skills.
- Good business development and relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales is mandatory.
- Experience in business development, direct sales, field sales or client relationship management preferred.
- Experience in legal services, financial services or banking is an added advantage.

Important Requirements
- Candidates must have previous sales experience.
- Target-oriented candidates are preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
