We are seeking an experienced IR Business Partner to join our team at Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Private Limited. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the entire life cycle of Flexi workforce, payroll of flexi workforce, spearheading the diversity workforce and harmonious industrial relations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, induction, and allocation of blue-collar employees to ensure seamless production operations
- Hands on experience in HCM
- Grievance redressal for the Flexi Workforce and associates
- Drive capability-building initiatives for the entire blue-collar workforce and implement measures to foster a productive work culture.
- Lead employee engagement surveys,
facilitate communication of results, and implement action plans for blue-collar employees.
Qualifications
- Masters in Human Resources
- Minimum 5-11 years of experience in industrial relations, labor law compliance, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in union relations and collective bargaining is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in using HCM and data analysis tools ( Office 365)
- Ability to work independently
