The Role

You will join the leadership team driving that transformation, working across strategy, operations, commercial and technology. This is a generalist seat for a sharp, structured early-career operator: one week you are building a forecast model or a procurement comparison, the next you are running an initiative tracker, analysing guest data, or travelling to a property to understand why a process is not working and fixing it.

You will do real analysis and real execution, with direct exposure to senior leadership and to the general managers who run our hotels.

What You'll Do

- Build analysis and models that drive decisions: forecasts, budgets, business cases, pricing, procurement and vendor comparisons
- - Track and drive cross-functional initiatives: plans, owners, milestones, status reporting and follow-through




- - Turn property and guest data into dashboards and insights leadership can act on
- - Prepare leadership and board materials: clear, concise documents and presentations
- - Work with property teams to roll out new processes, policies and systems, and measure whether they land
- - Research markets, competitors and recent opportunities, including support on new-property projects
- - Use modern tools, including AI, to move faster and automate the routine

What We're Looking For
- 1-4 years in consulting, business operations, strategy, finance, analytics or a high-growth startup
- - Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets models and working with data
- - Clear, structured written communication and presentation skills
- - Organised, detail-oriented and reliable on follow-through
- - High ownership and curiosity; comfortable with ambiguity and moving between analysis and execution
- - Hospitality, consumer or multi-location business exposure is a plus
- - Willing to travel to our properties
