This position is critical to ensuring efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction in all aspects of business loan operations. Accountabilities - Manage the end-to-end process for business loan applications, including review, approval, and disbursement.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout all loan operations activities.
- Collaborate with credit assessment teams to evaluate business loan applications and facilitate timely decision-making.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate records and documentation for all business loan transactions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in operations and service delivery.
- Provide training and support to operational staff on policies, procedures, and systems related to business loans.
