We are looking for a result-oriented Business Head with experience in the financial services industry to lead branch operations, drive business growth and manage sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage sales teams to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
- Drive new client acquisition, business development and market expansion.
- Manage branch operations, business performance and P&L.;
- Develop business through Mutual Funds, Equity Broking, Demat Accounts, Insurance and Wealth Management products.
- Build and maintain relationships with HNI, UHNI and retail clients.
- Drive SIP mobilisation, AUM growth, cross-selling and product distribution.
- Develop new business channels and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to improve business performance.
- Monitor team productivity, sales performance and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI and other applicable regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:





- Experience in Stock Broking, Banking, Wealth Management, Mutual Funds or Financial Services.
- Solid experience in sales, business development and client acquisition.
- Proven team management and leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge of Equity, Mutual Funds, SIP, Demat, Trading and Insurance products.
- Experience in managing branch operations and business targets.
- Strong client relationship and revenue generation skills.
- NISM / AMFI certification will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates currently working as Branch Head, Branch Manager, Area Sales Manager, Cluster Manager or Business Development Manager in financial services organisations are encouraged to apply.
