Our Ceramics division (Ayma Tiles & Saurashtra Trading Company) deals with premium quality ceramic tiles, vitrified floor tiles, digital wall tiles, and sanitary ware. We are expanding our footprint and looking for a dynamic leadership professional to drive business growth and operational excellence.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Head / Commercial Operations Director (BH/COD) to lead our Ceramics business unit in Bhavnagar. In this position, you will oversee end-to-end commercial operations, retail & wholesale channel development, sales strategy, and team management to expand our market presence and boost profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute short-term and long-term business growth strategies for the Ceramics & • Sanitary Ware division.

- Sales & • Revenue Generation:

Drive sales volume through B2B channels, retail showrooms, distributors, builders, and architect networks.
- Operations & • Commercial Management:

Oversee day-to-day commercial activities, inventory management, logistics coordination, and showroom operations.
- Vendor & • Supply Chain Relations:





Coordinate with manufacturing units and raw material suppliers to ensure stock availability and competitive pricing.
- Team Leadership: Build, train, and manage sales executive teams and showroom managers to meet monthly revenue targets.
- P&L; Responsibility: Monitor profit margins, control operational expenses, and maintain cash flow management for the division.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 5+ years of total experience in the Ceramics, Building Materials, Tiles, or Sanitary Ware industry (Experience in leadership/management roles preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

- Key Skills:

- Business Development & Commercial Strategy

- Knowledge of ceramic products, market trends, and pricing dynamics
- Strong negotiation, client relationship, and deal-closing skills
- Team leadership and operational management

- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
