Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the Indian professional services sector.
- Develop and implement tailored business development strategies to penetrate the market effectively.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers in target organizations to generate leads.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including delivery and pre-sales, to create customized solutions for clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop region-specific campaigns and materials.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on business development activities and progress.
