Role Description The Business Development Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound leads, and supporting the inside sales process to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, engaging with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings, presenting project offerings, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.





The role also involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns, nurturing relationships with potential buyers and partners, and providing regular updates on pipeline status and performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Sales skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Business Development skills and a proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
- Familiarity with real estate markets and local Chennai geography is beneficial.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple prospects, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English and Tamil, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities, is an advantage.
