- Business Development & Project Coordinator (Manager)

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding The Little Gyms footprint across India.

The Project role will be to coordinate various process and systems that support the franchisee in their setting up of a new centre.

This is a coordination role and requires the person to be detail oriented and must have good communication skills and strong follow through capabilities.

What will you do?

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand The Little Gyms presence in India.
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for expansion and growth.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including marketing strategies, sales plans, and partnership programs.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying and closing new business deals.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking progress and reporting on performance.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with franchisees and partners.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to promote The Little Gyms services.
- Drive the process of client acquisition from initial contact through the proposal and closing stages, ensuring a smooth and effective client onboarding process. This is mainly coordination related as the management and leadership team will be responsible for the sales.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.




- Achieve and exceed KPIs set by the management team.
- Plan and execute promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights for senior management.
- Track Project Plans for current centres
- Ensure coordination between various departments such as marketing and projects
- Ensure that the support that the franchisee requires is being addressed by the right people in other departments by tracking requests and follow through
- Use technology extensively to facilitate communication both internally and externally

What do you need?
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. (Or Fresher)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Work days - Monday to Saturday (Work from Office only or at Franchise locations) Timings -10 to 7 pm
