Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the corporate training industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring corporate clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities.
- Generate leads and acquire clients for corporate training services.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR, L&D; and senior management professionals.
- Understand client training requirements and propose suitable training solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.




- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the corporate training industry.
- Relevant industry experience is mandatory.
- Solid corporate client acquisition and negotiation skills.
- Good communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
