Are you a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to drive business growth through research, planning, and execution?

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team at Synergix Services Private Limited.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Identify recent business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence to support decision-making.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, reports, and strategic growth plans for senior management.
- Manage CRM data, business pipelines, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, HR, and Leadership teams to drive business initiatives.
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular management reports.
- Drive internal projects, process improvements,



and business growth initiatives.

? Desired Candidate Profile:

- 4–7 years of experience in Business Development, Strategy, Market Research, or related commercial roles.
- Experience independently managing business development initiatives from planning to execution.
- Prior experience in a service-based or consulting-oriented organisation is preferred.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
