### About the Role

Synergie Controls & Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth in Industrial Automation, Electrical Control Panels and Industrial Electrical Solutions.

### Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors.
- Generate enquiries and acquire new customers for automation and electrical panel projects.
- Develop business relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants and end customers.
- Promote Siemens PLC, HMI, VFD, DCS and industrial automation solutions.
- Generate business for PLC panels, MCC/PCC panels, Drive Panels and customized automation solutions.
- Identify upcoming industrial projects, plant expansions and modernization opportunities.
- Prepare sales strategies and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle customer meetings, commercial negotiations and order closures.
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering and project execution teams.




- Maintain customer relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasts and customer information through Zoho CRM.

### Required Skills & Experience
- 7–12 years of experience in industrial B2B sales and business development.
- Robust experience in Industrial Automation, Electrical Panels, Drives or Electrical Products.
- Good understanding of Siemens PLC, HMI, VFD and automation systems.
- Experience in handling industrial customers, OEMs and EPC contractors.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition and order booking.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
