What the work involves

- Setting up a new city business from scratch.
- Identifying locations for a city commissary, city warehouse and the initial 10-15 stores.
- Establishing vendors for various supplies.
- Handling license applications and approvals.
- Initiating hiring of store level kitchen teams and delivery riders
- Coordinating with multiple HO teams to launch current city operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Hands-on and Grounded: Must be comfortable working on the ground and actively involved in all aspects of the launch.
- City Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of residence (during school/college/work) in the target city.
- Deep City Knowledge: Advanced understanding of city geography, local connections, and market dynamics.
- Business Acumen: A background in business is a significant plus.

Expected Salary: 5 to 8 Lakhs per annum
