The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Head / Senior Manager – Outdoor Furniture to lead and scale our outdoor furniture business vertical.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving overall business growth, managing P&L;, expanding dealer and distribution networks, developing B2B and institutional relationships, and strengthening the brand's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall business strategy, P&L;, revenue growth and profitability of the outdoor furniture division.
- Develop and expand sales channels, including retail, B2B, institutional, HORECA, e-commerce and project-based businesses.
- Build and manage dealer, distributor and franchise networks across India.
- Drive business development with hotels, resorts, architects, interior designers, real estate developers and corporate clients.




- Work closely with design and manufacturing teams for product development, pricing, market positioning and category expansion.
- Identify market opportunities, competitor trends and emerging customer requirements in the premium outdoor furniture segment.
- Lead and develop sales and operations teams, establish KPIs and drive business performance.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for brand positioning, exhibitions, product catalogues and promotional activities.
- Oversee production coordination, inventory planning, quality, logistics and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in furniture, outdoor furniture, home décor, lifestyle products or related industries.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a leadership or business management role.
- Proven experience in P&L; management, business development and revenue generation.
- Solid exposure to dealer/distributor network development and management.
- Experience in B2B, institutional and hospitality project sales.
- Understanding of outdoor furniture materials, products and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, strategic planning and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
