Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a high-energy, result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales and market penetration for our luxury imported marble and natural stone portfolio.

The ideal candidate will act as the primary bridge between our brand and luxury stakeholdersincluding architects, interior designers, premium builders, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

This role requires a blend of aesthetic appreciation for luxury materials and strong, proactive B2B sales execution.

Reporting To: VP Business Development / Sales Head.

Key responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition.

Identify new project opportunities in the luxury residential, hospitality, and high-end commercial sectors.

Conduct regular field visits to design studios, architectural firms, and ongoing high-end construction sites.

Map upcoming luxury projects in the assigned territory to pitch premium natural stone collections early in the design phase

Influencer & Relationship Management.

Build robust relationships with prominent architects, interior designers,



and luxury contractors to get our products specified in their blueprints.

Deliver product presentations and curate stone experiences that effectively highlight the uniqueness, origins, and finishes of our imported inventory.

Organize showroom visits for designers and their elite clients to showcase product slabs in person.

Sales Execution & Client Support: Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from initial pitch and presentation to selection, negotiation, and contract closure. Coordinate with the yard/showroom and logistics teams to ensure accurate slab matching, custom inspection, and timely delivery.

Provide post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and handling inquiries regarding stone care, installation, and sealing.

Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track market trends, pricing updates, and competitor strategies within the premium surface industry.

Maintain detailed CRM logs of active leads, specified projects, and client interactions for regular pipeline reviews.
