Staart Buildtech is a technology-led PMC company working in commercial workplace interiors, construction and project management.

We are looking for a relationship-driven Business Development Manager with experience in the commercial real estate, leasing, PMC or commercial interiors ecosystem to develop strategic accounts and drive business growth.

Role Highlights

- Generate business opportunities for Staart's software-led PMC, commercial interiors and digital project advisory services.
- Build relationships with IT companies, startups and enterprises planning recent offices, expansions, renovations or fit-outs.
- Develop and manage networks of commercial property brokers, leasing consultants, real estate developers and referral partners.
- Identify opportunities through corporate real estate, administration, facility management and project teams.
- Manage client meetings, proposals, negotiations, follow-ups and closures.

Ideal Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, key account management or client relationships.
- Experience in commercial real estate, leasing, PMC,



project management or interior design & build companies.
- Strong existing network among commercial brokers, builders, developers, corporate real estate or facility management professionals.
- Understanding of commercial interiors, interior contracting, PMC or design & build services.
- Market-facing, relationship-driven, entrepreneurial and willing to learn technology-led solutions.

Preferred backgrounds: CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers, Savills, Turner & Townsend, Mace, AECOM, Arcadis and established commercial interior design & build companies.

SaaS / software sales experience is an added advantage, not a requirement.
