Job Summary

Catalyst Education is hiring an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead sales operations and drive business growth at our branch.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales and team management experience, preferably in the Education or EdTech industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, achieving branch targets, and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the branch sales team.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Monitor daily team performance and sales conversions.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase admissions.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members.
- Manage Team Leaders, Business Development Associates, and BD Officers.
- Build relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.




- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure proper CRM usage and sales reporting.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Academic, Operations, and HR teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- EdTech or Education industry experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good negotiation and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Knowledge of B2C sales and lead conversion processes.
