Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to find new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and grow our customer base and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and market research.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Plan and execute strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate terms and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
- Track market trends and competitor activity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.




- Maintain client records and submit regular business development reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven record of lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals.
- Good networking and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
