Role & responsibilities

Influencer Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with masons, contractors, and other key influencers to build relationships, promote tile adhesive products, and generate product demand.

Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and application trials at construction sites and other relevant locations to highlight product features, benefits, and correct application methods.

Site Meetings: Visit construction sites to interact with contractors, masons, and applicators, understand project requirements, and promote suitable tile adhesive solutions.

Counter Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with dealers, distributors, and retailers to support product promotion, generate customer referrals, and strengthen market presence. Contractor Association Activities: Participate in contractor association meetings and related events to expand the influencer network and create awareness about the company's products.

Sampling Activities: Arrange and distribute product samples to contractors, masons, and applicators, ensuring proper product trials and collecting feedback on product performance.



Contractor and Mason Onboarding: Identify, engage, and onboard new contractors and masons to build a solid influencer network and encourage regular usage and recommendation of the company's tile adhesive products.

Indirect Sales Support: Support dealers and distributors in generating demand, converting leads, and driving product sales through influencer recommendations, site-level activities, and regular market engagement.

Market Development: Identify new business opportunities through market visits, contractor interactions, site meetings, and competitor tracking to improve product penetration and market coverage.

Reporting and Follow-up: Maintain records of influencer meetings, contractor and mason onboarding, product demonstrations, sampling, site visits, and business development activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

2+ years of experience in Project Sales, preferably into Tile Adhesives
