Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to handle incoming leads, communicate with prospective students, explain our courses, follow up regularly, and convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and communicate with leads provided by the academy.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert qualified leads into course admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Meet monthly calling, follow-up, and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team.




- Provide regular updates on lead status and conversions.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English; Tamil/Hindi is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in tele calling, sales, counselling, or education sales preferred.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month + Incentives
