Position: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate current business opportunities and leads.

- Build relationships with government departments, PSUs and clients.

- Identify infrastructure projects, tenders, and consultancy opportunities.

- Prepare proposals, follow up with clients, and convert leads into business.

- Coordinate with technical teams for project submissions.

Requirements:

- Graduate in Civil Engineering, MBA, or relevant field.

- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

- Knowledge of infrastructure projects and tendering processes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
