About the role
You will support the business development team in identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, understanding requirements and following up on business opportunities. The role calls for clear communication, curiosity and a consistent approach to building relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Research potential clients and identify relevant business opportunities
- Support outreach through calls, emails and professional networks
- Coordinate introductory discussions and client meetings
- Understand prospective clients’ requirements and share them with the internal team
- Assist with presentations, proposals and follow-up communication
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, discussions and next steps
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure timely responses to client enquiries
Who we are looking for
- MBA, MSW or MAHRM graduates with 0–1 year of experience; freshers welcome
- Female candidates only; immediate joiners preferred
- Explicit verbal and written communication skills
- An interest in client interaction, relationship building and business development
- Good organisation and follow-up skills, with a willingness to learn about Layam’s services and the industries we support
