Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruppur, focused on expanding KINO’s client base within the fashion and creative industries. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building solid relationships with brands, designers, agencies, and founders that align with KINO’s creative vision.

The Business Development

Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and presentations to negotiation and closing,



while coordinating with internal creative and production teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, preparing proposals and pitch decks, representing KINO at industry events, and tracking performance metrics to support strategic growth. The role also requires clear communication of KINO’s services, value proposition, and aesthetic approach to prospective partners, ensuring consistent and professional representation of the studio.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience identifying opportunities and converting prospects into long-term clients.
- Solid Business acumen, including understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies, and market dynamics within fashion, creative, or agency environments.
- Strong Communication abilities, with confidence in presenting, pitching, and negotiating with diverse stakeholders, both in person and in writing.
- Account Management skills, including relationship building, client servicing, and maintaining ongoing partnerships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Experience in the fashion, creative production, advertising, or media sectors is highly beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and production teams, translating client needs into clear briefs and deliverables.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced studio environment in Tiruppur, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field,
