Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in domestic and international markets, including prospecting, lead generation, and outreach to potential clients in film, television, advertising, and digital content. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, preparing and delivering pitches and proposals, and collaborating with internal production and VFX teams to align client needs with studio capabilities.

track opportunities in the sales pipeline, negotiate commercial terms under guidance, and contribute to revenue growth and market expansion. The role also requires market research, monitoring industry trends, and supporting marketing and promotional initiatives that enhance the studio’s visibility and positioning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and conversion of opportunities.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to handle client relationships, proposals, and ongoing project coordination.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Relevant experience in media, entertainment, VFX, post-production, or creative services business development is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software.
- Comfort with emerging technologies, AI-enhanced workflows, and an interest in visual storytelling and creative industries.
