Job Overview

COGNITHORZ is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated Business Development Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating business opportunities, promoting IT services, and developing strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Make a minimum of 90–120 outbound calls per day.
- Generate leads through calls and other business development activities.
- Explain the company's IT services to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Conduct product and service presentations.
- Maintain accurate customer information and update CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria




- 0 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Telecalling.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Tamil, Malayalam, or Hindi.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Salary & Perks
- Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
