Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented Business Development Executive responsible for client acquisition, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across multiple service verticals, including Digital Marketing, IT Services, Server Support, Software & Project Development, and Technology Products.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new domestic and international clients.
- Generate business leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and other sales channels.
- Pitch and promote Digital Marketing, IT, Server Support, Software Development, and Product Services.
- Understand client requirements and prepare business proposals.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build long-term client relationships and explore upselling opportunities.
- Maintain sales pipelines, CRM records, and regular performance reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.





Required Skills

- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Robust sales, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Hands-on experience in B2B Sales and Client Acquisition.
- Good understanding of IT Services, Digital Marketing, and Software Solutions.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM tools.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Confident, persuasive, proactive, and target-driven personality.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with prior experience in International Sales, IT Services Sales, Digital Marketing Agency Sales, Software Sales, or B2B Business Development will be preferred.

Important: We are looking for a result-oriented sales professional with proven client acquisition and deal-closing capabilities, not just a lead generation or telecalling executive.
