Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and other platforms.
- Contact potential clients and explain the company's products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
- Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, meetings, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication and service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications




- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
