Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Creatabar. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, calls, and other business channels.
- Follow up on client inquiries and leads to convert prospects into customers.
- Present company services and solutions to potential clients.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing business deals.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client queries and concerns.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Collect client feedback and suggest improvements where necessary.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and business activities.
- Contribute to achieving business development and sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
- Good client relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Knowledge of the interior design, architecture, or construction industry is an added advantage.
