Role & Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and networking.
- Connect with corporate clients, advertising agencies, startups, and SMEs.
- Promote our creative, digital marketing, animation, and video production services.
- Schedule meetings and present company services to prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal creative teams to deliver client requirements.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, sales, and revenue targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Experience in advertising, digital marketing, media, IT, or creative agencies is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and business networking.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and professional attitude.
