Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective learners and partners through lead generation activities and outreach. The associate will conduct market research to understand trends, target segments, and competitive offerings, and will use these insights to support growth strategies.

Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering presentations about Skill Vedanth’s programs, engaging with prospective clients and institutions, nurturing relationships,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The role also collaborates with internal teams to refine offerings, support campaigns, and ensure a consistent, professional representation of the brand in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including data gathering, analysis, and reporting insights.
- Candidates should possess clear, professional Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
- Ability to build relationships, negotiate, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to track and report activities.
- Prior experience in education, edtech, or sales/business development is an advantage.
