We Are Hiring: Business Development Associates (Field Role)

Locations: Odisha (Bhubaneswar | Cuttack | Jajpur | Dhenkanal | Angul | Keonjhar | Rourkela | Sambalpur)

We are looking for energetic and result-driven Sales Executives who can actively engage with customers, vendors, and partners on the ground to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and onboard customers for puja services, event planning, and product sales
- Visit residential areas, event venues, temples, and local markets for direct sales and promotion
- Build and maintain relationships with pandits, vendors, and local service providers
- Promote company offerings and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Conduct field surveys to identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

- Minimum Graduation (MBA preferred)
- Robust communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to work 100% on-field




- Good knowledge of sales & customer handling
- Must have a two-wheelers / 4 Wheelers & valid driving license (preferred)
- Local area knowledge is a strong advantage
- Presentation Skill

Salary & Benefits: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
