? Position: Business Development Associate – Sales & Marketing Intern

? Location: Bengaluru (Work From Office)

? Employment Type: Full-Time Internship

? Compensation:

- Internship Stipend: ₹15,000/month
- Post-Internship Package: ₹3.6 LPA + ₹2.4 LPA Variable

? Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Pitch company products and services to prospective customers.
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and objections.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Research new market opportunities and support lead conversions.

? Who Can Apply?
- Students pursuing or graduates who have completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in any stream.
- Candidates interested in Sales, Marketing,



and Business Development.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in making calls and interacting with customers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented individuals.
- Must be available for a full time, work-from-office internship.
