What You'll Be Doing

Lead Generation

- Identify potential businesses across Hospitality, Real Estate, Education, Healthcare and D2C sectors.
- Research & identify decision makers.
- Build prospect databases & update CRM.
- Collect email IDs, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers and business info.

Client Outreach

- Initial call & email outreach.
- WhatsApp communication.
- Follow-up sequences.
- CRM updates.
- Lead qualification.

Sales Support

- Schedule meetings & meet clients in person.
- Coordinate discovery calls.
- Prepare meeting notes.
- Follow up on proposals.

Market Research

- Competitor analysis.
- Industry trends.
- Business opportunity mapping.

Internal Growth Projects

- Support Treva's own lead generation initiatives.

KPIs

Daily

- 50 qualified leads contacted
- All prospects added / updated on Treva CRM
- 10 deals initiated

Weekly

- 5 qualified meetings booked
- CRM updated with 100% accuracy

Please Read Before Applying

- This is a full time role for graduates who have completed their studies. Current students (including part-time, distance or correspondence programs) will NOT be considered.
- Monthly pay: approx. Rs 15,000
- 6 days a week, work from office at Vijaynagar, Bengaluru. No remote or hybrid option.
