Role Summary

AI is changing how the world learns and works, and you can be part of it from day one. As a Business Development Associate at AI Academia, you will guide students and parents toward the right AI and tech programs for their careers. You will call interested learners, understand their goals and close sales against a monthly target.

Along the way, you will learn how AI tools work, see where tech is heading and build strong sales skills. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start their career where AI, technology and business meet.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 60–80 calls a day to prospective learners and parents
- Understand students' interests and guide them toward suitable courses
- Run demos and trial classes, follow up and close sales
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets

Eligibility & Skills
- Final-year students or recent graduates from any discipline




- Strong spoken and written communication
- Valuable listener, confident in conversation
- Self-driven, disciplined and organised
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Comfortable with daily calling and target-based work

Performance Indicators

- Monthly sales achieved against target
- Engagement and interaction with prospective learners
- Quality and clarity of communication
- Consistent follow-up and data accuracy

Job Details

- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Location: On-site | Mani Casadona, Rajarhat, New Town, Kolkata – 700156
- Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday | 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- Probation Period: 4 months
- Compensation During Probation: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (in hand) + incentives up to ₹10,000
- Post-Probation: Up to ₹3.5 LPA (Fixed) + up to ₹1.5 LPA (Incentives & Variable)
