The Business Consultant at HubbleHut is a full-time, remote role responsible for advising clients on talent, HR, and workforce strategies that align with their business goals. Day-to-day, this role involves assessing client needs, analyzing data and processes, and designing recommendations to improve recruitment, employer branding, workforce planning, and use of AI tools.

The Business

Consultant collaborates with client stakeholders to conduct discovery sessions, prepare business proposals,



and present findings and implementation roadmaps. This role also supports the optimization of internal consulting frameworks, contributes to thought leadership content, and ensures projects are delivered on time and within scope. Regular interaction with cross-functional teams is expected to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and measurable.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Finance for data-driven recommendations and business case development.
- Candidates should possess experience in Consulting and Management Consulting, preferably in HR, talent, or workforce strategy environments.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client-facing work, stakeholder management, and transparent documentation of insights.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, HR, or a related field are preferred; an advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., consulting, HR, project management) are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with diverse teams; experience with AI-driven HR or talent solutions is beneficial.**
