Role Description The Business Associate – Event Listing is a Part-time / full-time, hybrid role (on-site & off-site) based in Bangalore. We are looking for an energetic, self-driven and entrepreneurial Business Associate to grow Kyn’s event listings in Bengaluru. The role involves discovering events, identifying and onboarding organisers, and building relationships across the city’s experience ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities

Identify and source events across Bengaluru, including performing art shows, workshops, sports/run clubs, hobby clubs, socials (supper/film clubs etc) meetups and community events.

Discover and onboard event organisers, independent creators,



venues and communities onto Kyn.

Build a strong pipeline of organisers and upcoming events.

Pitch Kyn’s event discovery, ticketing and community-building capabilities.

Build relationships with organisers to drive repeat listings and ticket sales.

Ensure event listings are accurate, attractive and published on time.

Develop partnerships with venues, colleges, clubs and local communities.

Track market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

- Ability to acquire and convert organisers
- Experience is creating, organising or running college cultural, sports and any social activities is desirable
- Strong networking, communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
- A flare for creating, exploring and attending new age events and experiences
- Familiar with at least one micro experience category: Performing arts, Social or Sport i.e Clubs, Communities or Venues
- Enjoy meeting people, building networks, and discovering business opportunities.
- Around 0 to 1 years’ experience in business development, sales, partnerships or growth
- Ability to work independently and work in a quick paced startup environment.
