Role Description The Business Analyst role at Volody is a full-time, in office position based in Kolkata.

The Business

Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, document processes, and translate needs into functional specifications for product and technology teams.

Responsibilities include analyzing data and user feedback to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improving the CLM platform and related workflows. The role involves preparing reports and dashboards,



supporting business planning activities, and assisting in the implementation and testing of new features or process enhancements.

The Business

Analyst will also coordinate with customer-facing teams to help resolve issues, improve customer experience, and ensure that solutions align with business objectives.

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
- Business and Business Planning abilities to support strategy, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
- Effective Communication skills for clear documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and cross-functional coordination.
- Customer Service orientation to understand client needs, support issue resolution, and enhance user experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in SaaS, legal tech, or enterprise software.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and basic data analysis; familiarity with CLM or contract management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Goregaon, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
