2. Work with stakeholders to identify AI/automation use cases and business workflows.
3. Define acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation.
4. Coordinate UAT, requirement validation, and stakeholder feedback.
5. Robust Agile/Scrum experience; exposure to AI/GenAI projects preferred.
