We are looking for a Business Analyst with 8–12 years of experience (

P6 level

) to support the RAgE project. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Market Risk Management in the banking domain and experience working with business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.

- Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Work closely with Market Risk & Treasury stakeholders, developers, testers, and product owners.

- Understand reporting tools and applications, business processes, system interfaces, and data flows.

- Facilitate requirement workshops and backlog-refinement sessions.

- Identify and communicate risks, gaps, impacts, and dependencies.

- Support Agile ceremonies and help prioritise the product backlog.

Required Skills and Experience

- 8–12 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in banking or financial services.





- Understanding of capital market and banking domain.

- Strong knowledge of Market Risk concepts, processes, and reporting.

- Good understanding of risk data, positions, exposures, limits, sensitivities, stress testing, and Value at Risk.

- Experience with Scrum and Agile delivery practices.

- Solid communication, stakeholder-management, facilitation, and negotiation skills.

- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.

- Experience with Rally, and Confluence would be an advantage.

- Experience supporting regulatory changes, application modernisation, production issues would be beneficial.

- Professional who can act as a bridge the gap between risk, technology, and business, with strong understanding of financial products, risk framework and regulatory requirements.

The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively across business, technology, testing, and vendor teams.
