Role sand Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Cards & Payments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payment processing, card management systems, transaction lifecycle, and stakeholder management. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, preparing functional specifications, and supporting delivery teams for Cards & Payments initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and use cases.




- Work closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams.
- Analyze end-to-end payment flows and card transaction processing.
- Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
- Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with payment industry standards and regulations.

Required Skills
- Robust experience in Cards & Payments domain.

- Prepaid Cards

- Merchant Acquiring

- Card Issuing
- ATM/POS/E-commerce Transactions
- Authorization, Clearing & Settlement
- Chargeback & Dispute Management
- EMV, Visa, Mastercard, RuPay
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
