We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Branch Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and acquiring new customers for our branch. This role requires a strong focus on building relationships with potential clients and promoting our current account and CASA products. As a Branch Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in achieving branch sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source new customers through various channels, including field sales and networking.
- Promote and sell current account and CASA products to meet customer needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with branch management to develop sales strategies and initiatives.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in branch sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of banking products, particularly current accounts and CASA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
