We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Branch Sales Manager specializing in Mortgage Sales to join our team at a leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). This role is an individual contributor position focused on field sales, targeting Affordable Housing Loans (AHL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales within the BFSI or housing finance sector, with hands-on experience in sourcing these specific loan products.

Key Responsibilities

- Directly source and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from customer acquisition and document verification to final loan disbursement.
- Engage and manage a network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), localized connectors, and builders to enhance sales outreach.
- Collaborate closely with internal Credit and Operations teams to ensure timely loan sanctions, maintaining a low turnaround time.




- Ensure high portfolio quality by conducting strict early-stage KYC compliance checks to guarantee clean sourcing.

Required Skills

- Proven sales experience in the BFSI or NBFC sectors, particularly in housing finance.
- In-depth knowledge of Affordable Housing Loans and Loan Against Property.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with clients and partners.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive environment.
